Take Shape For Life

Well, I had some really great success with TSFL but right now I'm not able to afford it. I will find other ways to stay healthy & lose weight. Right now I'm training for a 1/2 marathon that's coming up in May. I'll be doing the "walking" part of the marathon and I'm excited to be joining my sisters, Julia & Rebecca, on this new journey :-) I'll let you know how it goes.

Also, my blood pressure has stayed under control with the Cal/Mag and I've also added an 81mg aspirin to my regime. It's working out very well.

I also bought a Vegetarian Cookbook. Although I'm not Vegetarian, it helps us eat healthier & use up the produce that we're able to get from Ev & Daro ;-)
